Run the Approaching FT Report in Timesheets to review a list of employees who have averaged a specified number of hours. This is useful to report on part-time employees who are approaching or have worked full-time hours.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Date Range | The date range of the data to include in the report. Dayforce also uses the selected date range to average the amount of hours employees worked. For example, if you select a month, the report averages how many hours per week employees worked over the entire month. |
| Show hours in HH:MM | Dayforce shows times as hours and minutes rather than as a decimal value. |
| Include partial hours |
Dayforce includes partial hours when shifts cross the weekly boundary of the report. Examples:
|
| Manager | Only employees who report to the selected manager are included in the report. |
| Employees |
The employees to include in the report. Select All Employees to include all employees in the report, or select Selected Employee to report on one employee only. If you chose Selected Employee, click the Choose Employee button. Dayforce shows the Search dialog box, where you can narrow your employee selection with several filters. |
| Cutoff Hours | The minimum number of hours that employees must work, on average, in the Cutoff Hours field. Employees who work, on average, fewer hours than this aren’t shown in the report. |
| Pay Class | The pay classes that you want to report on. Only employees with one of the selected pay classes are included in the report. |
| Sort By | Sort the records by first name, last name, or average hours. |
| Group By | Group the records by department or employee. |
| Description | The report description. Dayforce shows the description next to the file name in Message Center. |
| Format | The format for the report file. You can generate the report in Excel or PDF format. |
