In Plan, after you run your location’s forecast for a week, you can make adjustments to the sales target or the amount of non-service hours that your location requires. Your adjustments should reflect your knowledge of emerging trends, upcoming events, and local conditions that you didn’t account for in the budget or reflected in the historical data that your location’s forecast uses.
To adjust your location’s plan:
- Go to Plan, select the location that you manage, and the load the plan.
- In the Manager Adjust column, enter the adjusted numbers. Dayforce automatically adjusts the values of the other KPIs in the Manager Adjust column.
- Click Save.
