If configured, you can add comments to your KPI records in Plan. To add a comment, select a KPI record and, in the Comments field, enter your comments. You can add comments to any KPI record (that is, top-level KPIs and nested records for zones and days).

After you add a comment, Dayforce updates the KPI field with the comment flag (
) to indicate that the KPI record contains a comment. If you don’t see a comment at the KPI level, then the comment is contained in one of its nested zone or day records. To view the comment, expand the KPI record.
