To add attachments to employee notes:
- Go to People, open the employee profile, and select the screen you want to edit.
- Do one of the following, depending on which screen you are in:
- Click Notes.
- Click the notes icon in the row that you’re updating.
- The Notes slide-out panel opens.
- Select the note that you want to add the attachment to and click the upload files icon.
- In the Upload Files dialog box, do the following:
- In the Document Type drop-down list, select the type of document.
- Click Browse for file(s) or drag and drop the files into the dialog box, and then click Upload.
- Complete the fields in the note:
- Title: Enter a title or select the Populate title from file name checkbox to use the attachment file name.
- Comment: Enter your note or select the Populate comment from file name checkbox to use the attachment file name.
- Associated Date: Enter the date that you want to use for filtering this note.
- Click Post.
- Click the collapse icon to close the Notes dialog box.
