In Plan, Dayforce updates the KPIs in the Actual column based on your location’s actual results. It uses sales data from your POS system for the actual Sales and your employees’ clock entry times to calculate both your Total Hours and Labor Cost.
From this actual data, Dayforce calculates your remaining KPIs, following the same process that’s used to derive the scheduled figures.
