If your organization uses both Recruiting and AI Assistant in Dayforce, you can use AI Assistant to help you write job descriptions for job requisitions and job postings. When you need to write a job description, click Generate Job Description and AI Assistant generates a description. AI Assistant uses the title of the job posting or requisition, the location, and the job assignment and job-level descriptions to generate the description. You can update the generated description as needed before you publish it.
