You can set your preferences for which notifications you want to receive for the Message Center Message and Emergency Broadcast notification types in the Settings > Notifications subtab in Profile.
Before You Begin: Text message notifications aren’t available for Message Center messages. Mobile push notifications aren’t available for emergency broadcasts.
Specify the types of notifications that you want to receive from the following options:
- Message Center: A message that is shown in Message Center.
- Email: An email to your email address.
- Text Message: A text message over SMS to your cell phone. This notification type applies to emergency broadcasts only, and it’s only available in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
- Push to Mobile: A mobile push notification (provided your device is configured to receive mobile push notifications). This notification type applies to Message Center messages only.
To set your preferences for Message Center notifications:
- Go to Profile and click Settings > Notifications.
- Select the checkboxes for your preferred delivery methods for each notification type. If a delivery method isn’t available for a notification type, the label Not Available is shown.
- Click Save.
