Give Feedback About Co-Pilot

You can give feedback about the most recent response you’ve received from Co-Pilot in the conversation panel.

To give feedback:

  1. Enter your question in the search field in the toolbar and click the ask AI icon to begin a conversation with Co-Pilot.
  2. After you receive the response, click the thumbs up or thumbs down icon.
  3. In the Provide additional feedback dialog box, select one of the checkboxes to give more information about why the response was or wasn’t helpful.
  4. (Optionally) Enter your comments in the field.
  5. Click Submit feedback.

Your feedback and comments are submitted and could be used to improve Co-Pilot in the future.

If you clicked the thumbs down icon and your organization uses HR Service Delivery, you see the Create a Case button. Click the button to go to the Create a Case feature and submit a case to your HR team. See Case Creation in the HR Service Delivery Guide.

If you clicked the thumbs down icon and your organization doesn’t use HR Service Delivery, you see a message configured by your Dayforce administrator.
