In addition to answering your questions, Co-Pilot can help you do the following:
- Manage time away from work
- Generate job descriptions for job postings and requisitions
Manage Time Away From Work
Co-Pilot can help you manage your time away from work, including:
- Checking your balances
- Requesting time off
- Canceling time away that you’ve already booked
Role feature access: Mobile > Dayforce Assistant
For example, if you want to request a day off next week, you might start with, “Please show me my vacation balances.” Co-Pilot shows your balances, and you can continue the conversation with a response like, “Request a vacation day on November 24.” Depending on your organization’s Dayforce configuration, Co-Pilot might ask you for more details, and then ask you to confirm that you want to submit the request. After Co-Pilot submits the request, you can see it in Work > Time Away List.
Similarly, you can ask Co-Pilot to cancel your existing time away from work.
Generate Job Descriptions for Job Postings and Requisitions
If your organization uses both Recruiting and Co-Pilot in Dayforce, you can use Co-Pilot to help you write job descriptions for job requisitions and job postings. When you need to write a job description, click Generate Job Description and Co-Pilot generates a description. Co-Pilot uses the title of the job posting or requisition, the location, and the job assignment and job-level descriptions to generate the description. You can update the generated description as needed before you publish it.
See “Generate Job Descriptions from Dayforce Co-Pilot AI” in the Recruiting Guide.
