If you have access to the Earnings feature, you can ask AI Assistant the following types of questions about your recent and upcoming pay:
- Ask for details about your most recent pay.
- Ask when you’ll get paid next.
- Ask why your pay is missing, and get help reaching out to HR if you need it.
- Ask what the differences are between your last two pays.
Role feature access: Earnings
Ask About Your Most Recent Pay
You can ask questions about your most recent regular pay. AI Assistant can’t provide information about offcycle pay. When you ask a question such as “What was in my latest pay stub?” AI Assistant responds with the following information from your most recent earnings statement:
- Most recent regular pay date
- Pay period start and end for the most recent pay
- Net pay amount (take home pay)
- Total earnings amount
- Total deductions amount
The response also includes a link to the Earnings feature, which opens the most recent earnings statement.
If you haven’t been paid in the last 30 days, AI Assistant shows an error message.
Ask About Your Next Pay
AI Assistant can tell you when you’re going to be paid next. When you ask a question like “When am I getting paid next?” AI Assistant responds with the next payday date, and the start and end date for that pay period. The response also includes a link to Earnings so that you can find more information.
Ask About Missing Pay
AI Assistant can help you confirm that your pay has been missed, and then assist you with getting help from HR. When you ask a question like “Why didn’t I get paid?” AI Assistant shows details about your last pay (pay date, pay period start and end dates, amount) and your next scheduled pay date. It also provides a link to Earnings so that you can find more information.
If you have access to HR Cases > Create a Case, the response also includes a Connect with HR button, which takes you to that feature to submit a case.
Ask About Differences Between Your Last Two Pays
You can ask AI Assistant about the differences between your last two pays. If you ask a question like “I want to compare my last two pays” AI Assistant responds with information about the differences in the last two pays for the following:
- Total earnings
- Take home pay
- Pre-tax and post-tax deductions
- Taxes
It also provides a link to Earnings so that you can find more information.
