A warning message is generated in the Problem Pane if the Primary Work State does not allow a garnishment type and the Override Work State is blank. This occurs when the garnishment is issued out of one state AND the employee’s primary work state is a different state that does not allow that particular garnishment type AND no Override Work State is present.
