You can review and adjust talent factor ratings for individual employees in the Overview and Talent screens of their profile in the People feature.
Role feature access: Application Container > People > Employee Profile > Talent > Talent Factors. See Enable Succession Planning Role Features.
In the Overview screen, you can see the employee’s current ratings in the Talent Factors score card:
Click View more in the score card to open the Talent screen to see more information, or go to that screen directly by clicking Talent in the sidebar.
The Talent screen displays the same Talent Factors score card sliders, which you can use to add or update talent factor ratings. In addition, this version of the score card also includes a list of any succession plans that the employee is currently assigned to.
Note: If Dayforce is configured to use Predictive Analytics to calculate flight risk, there’s a View more link next to the flight risk rating in the talent score card and the rating isn’t editable. You can click the View more link to open the Flight Risk screen of People, which provides additional details about the calculated flight risk. For more information about the flight risk rating, see Flight Risk.
The tab also displays a graphic performance timeline, which you can use to review the employee’s performance history:
Each performance review with ratings is shown in the graph using a label and a yellow circle. When you hover the cursor over the circle, a tooltip shows the performance rating and the date of the review.
The Performance section lists all records related to employee performance, including performance reviews (if used), and updates related to the employee performance talent factor:
When you update the Performance score card slider in the Talent Factors section, your updates are logged as a new entry in the Performance section, with Talent Review shown in the Source column.
