Enables the Succession feature in which administrators and other authorized users can review and create succession plans for key roles in the organization.

Succession Subfeatures

Succession Plans: Enables administrators and other authorized users to review and create succession plans for key roles in the organization.

  • Add Plan: Enables the Add button in the toolstrip of Succession > Succession Plans. This button allows authorized users to add succession plans for the organization, and to edit and delete those succession plans.
  • Compare: Enables the Compare button in the toolstrip of the succession plan slide-out panel. This button allows authorized users to see a side-by-side comparison for up to five successors.
  • Create Development Plan: Enables the Create Development Plan button in the toolstrip of the succession plan slide-out panel. Authorized users can click this button to create a development plan for the employees in the succession plan.

Talent Matrix: Enables access to the talent matrix, where you can review and update talent factor ratings for employees. This feature is typically assigned to manager roles.
