You can rate each employee in a succession plan based on their succession readiness from the plan's slide-out panel. The Succession Readiness factor is shown using the same sliding-scale format as the talent factors:

In the Talent Matrix view for the succession plan, Dayforce shows an icon next to each employee's name to indicate their succession readiness for the role.
