Rate Employees in the Talent Matrix

You can add or update talent factor ratings for employees in the talent matrix.

By default, employees who are already rated are plotted in the talent matrix, and employees who aren’t yet rated (for one or more talent factors) are displayed in the Not Rated Yet list to the right of the matrix.

To add or update talent ratings for an employee, open their score card by clicking their name in the Not Rated Yet list or in the talent matrix. In their talent score card you can add or update the ratings and then click Save:

If needed, you can also add or update the ratings for multiple employees at once by clicking the expander in the top-right corner of any box in the talent matrix, or in the Not Rated Yet list:

When you click the expander, you can rate each the listed employees and then click Save to update the matrix.
