Localize Talent Matrix Labels

If needed, you can localize the talent matrix labels so that users who speak different languages within your organization have access to the information.

To add localized labels for a talent matrix:

1. Go to Succession Setup > Talent Review Setup.
2. Click the Talent Matrix tab.
3. Select a talent matrix in the list, and then click the Localize icon to open the Localization dialog box.
4. Click Add and select the language that you want to add a localization for. When you select a language, Dayforce adds a new column for that language in the list of labels.
5. Enter a localized label for each box of the talent matrix.
6. Click Save.

If you no longer require localization for one or more of the languages listed in the Localization dialog box, you can click Remove and select those languages in the displayed drop-down list. The corresponding column and any values for that language are removed from the list.
