Configure Talent Matrix Colors

To configure a talent matrix to have its own unique color scheme:

1. Go to Succession Setup > Talent Review Setup.
2. Click the Talent Matrix tab.
3. Expand the row for the talent matrix you want to work with.
4. Select the Use Custom Colors checkbox.
5. Click the down arrow beside each box to choose a color. If you don’t choose a color, the box stays white. To remove a color from a box, click X.
6. Continue until you have applied color to all of the boxes as needed, and then click Save.

To revert to the default colors, clear the Use Custom Colors checkbox, and then click Save. The custom colors you set up earlier aren’t saved if you select the checkbox again.
