Compare Possible Successors

Use the Compare window to compare the various talent factors and employee attributes for successors in a side-by-side view:

Window comparing talent factor ratings and attributes like department and job of the employees in a succession plan.

You can only see information that you are authorized to see.

Role feature access: Succession > Succession Plans > Compare

To compare up to five successors:

  1. Go to Succession > Succession Plans.
  2. Click a plan to open the slide-out panel.
  3. Select up to five successors from the list, and then click Compare.

Note: Click the picture of any employee to access their employee card (if enabled). From this card, you can click View Profile to go directly to their profile in People, where you can access their career profile, their talent factor scorecard, and additional talent factor ratings.
