Each employee maintains their own career profile in the Career > Career profile screen of Profile. From this screen, employees can add details such as their education history, work history, and skills, and they can highlight their unique experiences and achievements.
Managers and administrators have access to a read-only version of each employee’s career profile in the Career screen of People. Reviewing employees’ qualifications and experiences in this screen can help you make more informed decisions about their succession potential.
