View and Edit Forms

Before You Begin: To view or edit forms in the Workflow Management screen, your role must be assigned the View Workflow Form Data role feature. This role feature is available in System Admin > Roles in the Features tab under Workflow Administration > Workflow Management.

In the workflow history, all items except those for active Decision nodes show a view icon:

You can click this icon to open a read-only version of the associated form that you can print.

When a Decision node is at the active stage, its history item shows an edit icon:

You can click this icon to open an editable version of the form. You can update the form as needed and click OK to submit it.

Dayforce adds a red border around the history item for the Decision node to indicate that the associated form was edited:

Also, a notification is sent to the approving users to let them know that there was a change.
