SGP - Confidential Information and Tax Definition Form

The SGP - Confidential Information and Tax Definition form is used to record statutory contribution data and confidential information. The form is used only for employees in Singapore pay groups.

Access and configuration:  

  • Role feature access: Application Container > People > Employee Profile > Personal > Confidential Information
  • Role feature access: Application Container > People > Employee Profile >  Payroll > Tax Definitions
  • Role authorization access: Employee Profile - Confidential Information - Confidential Identifications (Can Create, Can Read, Can Update, Can Delete)
  • Role authorization access: Employee Tax Definitions (Can Create, Can Read, Can Update, Can Delete)
  • In the Security Settings screen of People, in the employee’s profile, select the Can See Self checkbox.

Submitted and processed forms update the corresponding fields of the employee profile in the Personal > Confidential Information screen and the Payroll > Tax Definitions screen of People.
