The Return to Work form is used when an employee returns from a leave of absence. The form is used to record the employee’s return date and status, and allows users to review the employee’s pay class, pay type, rate, job assignment, and the location to which they are assigned when the employee returns to work.
Before You Begin: If your organization uses Position Management, you need to use the Return to Work (Position Management) form instead of this one. See Return to Work (Position Management) Form.
Submitted and processed forms update the employee’s status and the corresponding fields in the Employment Status tab of the Employment > Employment Settings screen in People.
