Print Statement Acknowledgement Form

The Print Statement Acknowledgement form records whether employees elect to receive online or printed earnings statements. It's associated with the system default Print Statement Acknowledgement HR Policy in HR Admin > HR Policies. See HR Policy Setup in the HR Administration Guide.

Submitted and processed forms update the employee’s sign off, which can be reviewed through the Dayforce HPL Earning Statement Policy Acknowledgment HR export.
