Parental Leave Planning Form

The Parental Leave Planning form records an employee's parental leave details such as the expected date of delivery and whether the employee will be taking an extended parental leave or a split leave.

The leave balance is awarded starting from the form's approval date up until the expected date of delivery.

Submitted and processed forms update the employee’s details in the Employment > Employee Properties screen in People.
