Localize HR Events

You can localize the text in the Name and Description fields of custom HR events and just the Description field for template HR events that can be made employee declarable.

You must save an event before you can localize any of the text.

To localize an event:

  1. Go to Workflow Administration > HR Events.
  2. In the left sidebar, click the event that you want to localize.
  3. Click Localize.
  4. In the localization dialog box, click Add.
  5. Click in the Language column and select an option in the drop-down list.
  6. Do one of the following: 
    • For a custom event, enter text in the Name field and, optionally, the Description field.
    • For an employee declarable template event, enter text in the Description field.
  7. Click Save to close the dialog box and set your changes.
