The Electronic Statement Acknowledgement form records whether employees elect to receive online or printed earnings statements. It's associated with the system default Electronic Statement Acknowledgement HR Policy in HR Admin > HR Policies.

Submitted and processed forms update the employee’s sign off, which can be reviewed through the Dayforce HPL Earning Statement Policy Acknowledgement HR export.
