Copy Workflows

You can copy existing workflows in Workflow Administration > Workflow Designer. When you copy a workflow, all of its node properties are also copied over. The copied workflow has the word “Copy” appended to its name and reference code. Also, the Effective From field is undefined for the copied workflow.

To copy an existing workflow:

1. Go to Workflow Administration > Workflow Designer.
2. Select an existing workflow in the left sidebar.
3. Click Copy.
4. Open the Properties tab enter a date in the Effective From field and update other fields as needed.
5. Open the Diagram tab and make required changes.
6. Click Save.
