The first step in linking the existing controls in Work > Time Away List and Approvals is to associate the workflows you created with one of the Time Off Request forms.
To associate the workflows with the Time Off Request forms:
- Go to Workflow Administration > Role Privileges.
- Click the Add button.
- In the Parent Feature drop-down list, do one of the following:
- If the workflow is for employee requests, select the Work Forms Action parent feature.
- If the workflow is for manager requests, select Approvals Forms Action to associate the workflow with the Approvals feature.
- In the Form drop-down list, do one of the following:
- If the workflow is for requesting time away from work, select the Time Off Request form.
- If the workflow is for canceling time away from work requests, select the Time Off Cancellation form.
- In the Workflow drop-down list, select one of the time away from work workflows you created.
- Click Save.
