Assign the Time Away from Work Workflow Role Features

For any user roles that will use workflows for time away from work, you must enable the appropriate role features.

For approver roles, assign the following features in System AdminRoles in the Features tab:

  • For users who require access to workflow functionality in Approvals (for example, managers who use this feature to approve or deny time away from work requests), assign the Application Container > Approvals feature, as well as the following features below it:
    • Forms Action
    • Forms Action > Time Off Cancellation
    • Forms Action > Time Off Request
    • Time Off
  • For users who require access to workflow functionality in Work > Time Away List (for example, employees who use this feature to request time away from work), enable the Work > Forms Action > Time Off Request role feature.
