For any user roles that will use workflows for time away from work, you must enable the appropriate role features.
For approver roles, assign the following features in System Admin > Roles in the Features tab:
- For users who require access to workflow functionality in Approvals (for example, managers who use this feature to approve or deny time away from work requests), assign the Application Container > Approvals feature, as well as the following features below it:
- Forms Action
- Forms Action > Time Off Cancellation
- Forms Action > Time Off Request
- Time Off
- For users who require access to workflow functionality in Work > Time Away List (for example, employees who use this feature to request time away from work), enable the Work > Forms Action > Time Off Request role feature.
