This section allows federal contractors of the United States to meet OFCCP requirements for record keeping and veteran self-identification. It allows candidates to identify as a protected veteran. This is for compliance with the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, as amended (VEVRAA).
