When you click Save as Template, Dayforce displays the Save Offer Template control, which displays all of the templates you've already created. It won't display templates that other users created.
Each template has a permission assigned. You can define a template to have one of the following permissions:
- Visible Only To Me: Only you can select this template from the Offer Letter Template drop-down list that was described earlier.
- Public: Any user can select your template; the template is global.
