The Resume tab shows the candidate's resume, if they attached a copy of it to their job application or saved profile. You can download the resume by clicking Download in the toolstrip.
Before You Begin: To use the functionality described in this section, your user role must be assigned access to the Resume document type in Documents > Admin > Document Types. See Configure Access to Candidate Documents in Recruiting.
This tab is shown by default when you first open a candidate profile, even if the candidate didn't upload a resume.
