When you submit the offer, the following occurs:
- The candidate's status changes to Offer Pending Approval:
- When you select the candidate from the list in the Candidates tab, the Offer button is no longer enabled. This is because it isn’t possible to initiate more than one offer letter at a time for the same candidate job application.
- When you open the candidate profile, the Applied Jobs tab displays the date that the offer was submitted for workflow approval and the status of the approval.
- When you click the Offer Letter link in the Status section, the system opens a read-only preview of the offer letter.
