While you typically create job requisitions by submitting a Job Requisition form, you might also be able to create them directly using the Job Requisition - No Approval option in Recruiting > Job Requisitions. This option lets you use the Add New Requisition wizard. These job requisitions aren't workflow-enabled, so you bypass any workflow approval process your organization might use. The requisitions are processed and added to the list of job requisitions immediately.
