You can localize your client career sites to the cultures that are supported in your organization's Dayforce environment. You can select the subset of these cultures that will be used for your external client career sites from the Recruiting Cultures client property. See Configure the Recruiting Cultures Client Property.
While much of the client career site is already localized for you by the system (such as buttons and controls of the job listings screen, and default sections of the job application), you still need to make sure that the user-defined (that is, client-configurable) values are localized in the languages that your organization uses.
