After you’ve created a nondiscrimination provision question, you can add it to a new custom section as follows:
- Go to Recruiting Setup > Job Application Configuration.
- Click the Section Configuration tab.
- Click New.
- Add the heading of the nondiscrimination provision from the source location to the Job Application Section Name field.
- Enter a value in the Description field.
- Below the Screening Questionnaire Configuration section, click New.
- In the Short Name drop-down list, select the custom question that you created in the Question Configuration tab.
- Click Save.
