Managers and administrators can access the position hierarchy in People in the Positions screen:

Positions tab in People.

This view of the position hierarchy contains much of the same functionality as the view in Organization Designer > Positions. You can click the position cards to view and update position details according to your role's access authorizations. See Positions.

Notable exceptions are that the Position Occupancy Report and Import options aren't available in the additional options menu. To run the report or import positions, you need to go to Organization Designer > Positions.
