UK Payslips

Employee payslips are available to employees in self-service (ESS). Employers can view them in the Statements > Earning Statements screen of People. When you calculate a pay run in the Payroll feature, you can preview the employee payslips for the pay period in the Data Entry and Pay Run Management tabs, in the Employee Preview slide-out panel.

Important: Payslips are known as earning statements in North America. If you’re logged in with any culture setting besides the English (UK) culture setting, payslip becomes earning statement in the interface.

In Site Setup > Client, in the Images tab, you can configure payslips to include you organisation’s logo.

See Add Logos and Check Signatures in the Dayforce Implementation Guide.

In Payroll Setup > Report Output, you add and remove fields that show in payslips, such as the employee's National Insurance Number.

See Earning Statement Options in the Dayforce Implementation Guide.
