UK organisations with 250 or more employees must report on their gender pay gap each year. Dayforce contains functionality that you can use to retrieve the data that is required when submitting this report.
The gender pay gap reporting solution consists of three gender pay reports in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports, and a workbook, which you can download from the customer support portal at https://support.dayforce.com by searching for Gender Pay Gap Reporting (UK). The workbook is designed to connect to the gender pay reports to retrieve the data needed and perform calculations on it to provide the information you need to submit to the UK government.
The following are the three gender pay reports in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports:
- Relevant Employees for Gender Pay: Displays a list of people who are employed by your organisation as of the snapshot date. These people are referred to as relevant employees.
- Bonus Payments for Gender Pay Reporting: Displays bonuses paid to each relevant employee (including full-pay relevant employees) in the 12 months to the snapshot date.
- Payroll Data for Gender Pay Reporting: Displays data about your employees and their pay so that you can calculate your organisation's gender pay gap figures.
Even though these reports are available as ad hoc reports in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports, you will be using the OData connection and the workbook to pull the relevant data from them, rather than generating the reports in the Reporting feature.
