The UK Year End Employee Tax Statements Slide-Out Panel

You can select a legal entity in Year End > UK Year End and then expand the Employee Tax Statements slide-out panel to view any employee tax forms (P60 or P11D) that have been generated or published for employees in the selected legal entity in the respective P60 or P11D tab. No employees will be displayed in the Employees column if no P60 or P11D forms have been generated for the tax year.

When you generate a P60 or P11D form, it will have a Preview Copy watermark in red. When you publish a P60 or P11D form, it will no longer have the Preview Copy watermark.

In the Employee Tax Statements slide-out panel, you can filter the view with the Legal Entity drop-down list by choosing one, some, or all of the available legal entities. You can also click Filter to add filters and create a favourite view. The available filters are by Employee and Year End, each of which has several associated filter types to add:

  • Employee
    • Department
    • Job
    • Name
    • Number
    • Pay Class
    • Pay Type
    • Status
  • Year End
    • National ID Number
    • Province
    • Tax Statement Type

The Sync button synchronises the legal entity and year in the Employee Tax Statements slide-out panel with those displayed in the Overview tab.
