The Canada Year End Archived Reports Tab

If you have run any year-end related fixed format reports for a legal entity, or if you have enabled automatic report generation upon payroll commit to start at a given point in the year, you can view those reports in the Archived Reports tab in Year End > Canada Year End in two expandable sections, Latest, and History, as illustrated here:

There are five columns in the Archived Reports tab:

  • Reports: Displays reports organized in expandable Latest and History sections; each section lists the names of the reports with clickable links to latest reports in the Latest section.
  • Pages: Number of pages in the report.
  • Generated On: Displays the date and time that the report was generated.
  • Source Delivery Package: Lists the delivery package for the report.
  • Language: Language in which the report was produced.

You can configure your instance of Dayforce to automatically generate year end forms and reports in the Properties tab of System Admin > Client Properties in the Payroll section by selecting the Auto Generate Year End Forms and Reports overnight after commit? checkbox, and then specifying a month in the Auto Generate Year End Forms and Reports after commit starting from drop-down list.
