In the Canada GRS Data Report sub-tab in Payroll > Post Commit Management, you can review the amounts that have been remitted on your organization’s behalf to the government by the Government Remittance System (GRS).
You must specify a year in the Year drop-down list and click Apply Filter to load reports for the selected year. You can then set other filter options from those available: Legal Entity, Funding Identifier, and Tax Authority.
Reports are listed by Tax Authority (Federal, Provincial, or Territorial) and by Tax Account, as illustrated in the following screenshot:
If you have more than one legal entity, you might see multiple tax accounts per tax authority.
You can also export the displayed contents of the Canada GRS Data Report sub-tab by clicking Export, generating a CSV file and prompting you to open or save the file. If you have filtered the list, the exported file will contain only those items that have been included in the filtering. The columns included in each report depend on the tax authority.
