Select Employee

Displays the employees who had a base rate change, and have earnings that are eligible to be adjusted per configuration. Each item in the list displays the salary change that occurred, when it became effective, and the time stamp for when the administrator saved the change. The time stamp is displayed for reference and isn’t used in the calculation.

In this step, you need to approve the employees whose earnings you want to be adjusted.

You update the status by selecting an option from the Submit for Recalculation column of the list.

You can also filter the list of employees and click Approve All Changes to mass approve the employees currently filtered in the list:

Confirm Selected Employees

You can set the application to use the same check template for all employees, or select a specific check template for each employee.

At the bottom of the list of settings, the application displays the number of pay runs that have eligible earnings within the date range that the employee's base rate changed.
