Set Up Employee Superannuation in the People Feature

Before You Begin: Make sure that you’re familiar with the fields in the Payroll > Superannuation screen in People before you start this task. See Overview of Superannuation Settings in the People Feature.

To set up a superannuation for an employee in the People feature:

  1. Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Payroll > Superannuation.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Complete the fields as needed.
  4. Click Save.

You can do a bulk update of the effective end date in the Superannuation screen.

The following fields are required when updating the end date for superannuation contributions:

  • Superannuation contribution type
  • Choice fund
  • Fund name.

When there are multiple records with the same settings, all funds are updated.

Any updates to voluntary contributions must be updated manually.
