Before You Begin: Make sure that you’re familiar with the fields in the Payroll > Superannuation screen in People before you start this task. See Overview of Superannuation Settings in the People Feature.
To set up a superannuation for an employee in the People feature:
- Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Payroll > Superannuation.
- Click Add.
- Complete the fields as needed.
- Click Save.

You can do a bulk update of the effective end date in the Superannuation screen.
The following fields are required when updating the end date for superannuation contributions:
- Superannuation contribution type
- Choice fund
- Fund name.
When there are multiple records with the same settings, all funds are updated.
Any updates to voluntary contributions must be updated manually.
