Payroll Administration: Additional Configurations

Payroll administrators often need to add new configurations or edit existing configurations for either their organizations or their employees, depending on the needs of their organizations. These changes can include, and aren’t limited to, the following examples listed by types of changes: 

  • Organizational changes can include adding, editing, or deleting the following:
    • Pay categories
    • Pay groups
    • Pay periods
    • Pay codes
    • Work assignments
  • Employee changes can include adding, editing, or deleting the following:
    • Employee direct deposit information
    • Payroll cards
    • Garnishments, arrestments, and attachments of wages
    • Deduction codes and earning codes
