When you use the Payroll and Year End features, Dayforce remembers the tabs and screens that you visit during your login session. This means that you can quickly resume your work when you return to a screen that you previously visited. For example:
If you go to the Pay Run Management tab and load a pay run, then you navigate elsewhere in Payroll (such as the Overview tab), when you return to the Pay Run Management tab, the application retains the pay run that you loaded.
If you go from the Overview tab to somewhere outside of the Payroll feature (such as the Performance feature), and then return to Payroll, Dayforce opens to the Overview tab.
Additionally, Dayforce remembers your filter, view, and list selections during your login session in the following tabs in Payroll > Data Entry and Payroll > Pay Run Management:
- Quick Entry
- Checks
- Adjustments
- Overview
- Preview
- Stop Payment (Canada only)
