The Late Payroll Reminder (Canada) Alert and the Late Payroll Reminder (USA) Alert are both used to help payroll administrators manage late payrolls. You must subscribe to this alert.

Payroll is considered late if it has not been committed by a certain cutoff point. Late payroll cannot be committed without a wire transfer of funds, rather than those funds being paid out automatically from the customer bank account or by Dayforce, Inc.
When the alert is generated, it informs you of a potentially late payroll. If you attempt to commit a pay run after its pay date, Dayforce shows a confirmation message. You must click Confirm to indicate that you understand and agree to the content of the message. The confirmation is then emailed to records.retention@dayforce.com.
