Employers with more than 250 employees must report their gender pay gap to Revenue every year. For more information on the Gender Pay Gap Information Act, see https://www.gov.ie/en/campaigns/0cb29-gender-pay-gap-information-act-2021/.
The following ad hoc reports are used to retrieve the data required to submit to Revenue:
- Benefit in Kind for Gender Pay Reporting
- Bonus Payments for Ireland Gender Pay Reporting
- Payroll Data for Ireland Gender Pay Reporting

Flag Allowances to be Included in Gender Pay Reports
The gender pay reports only include allowances that have been flagged and categorized in Payroll Set-up > Earnings and Deductions. To flag allowances for gender pay gap reporting:
- Go to Payroll Set-up > Earnings and Deductions.
- In the Earnings tab, select the allowance that you want to flag.
- In the Options tab, in the Settings by Country section, select the Is Gender Pay Gap checkbox.
- In the Gender Pay Gap Category drop-down list, select Ordinary Pay, Bonus Pay, or Taxable Benefits.
- Click Save.
