You can hide committed tax statements from the Year End Forms tab of Earnings in employee self service, and from the Statements > Year End Statements screen of People. You can use this setting to hide tax forms that have been amended in Dayforce since they were originally committed. If there has been a change to the form externally, this functionality allows you to prevent users from accessing the outdated form in Dayforce.
Role feature access: Year End > Canada Year End > Hide Tax Statement From ESS
In Year End, in Canada Year End, in the Employee Tax Statements slide-out, the toolstrip for individual tax statements that have been committed displays the Hide from Employee View button:
After you click Hide from Employee View, it changes to Show in Employee View. If needed, you can click it again to show the individual tax statement.
