The gender pay reports only include earnings that have been flagged as gender earnings. To include earnings in these reports and retrieve them using the workbook, you need to configure them in Payroll Set-up > Earnings and Deductions.
To flag earnings that belong to the gender pay gap category:
- Go to Payroll Set-up > Earnings and Deductions and click the Earnings tab.
- In the list of earning definitions on the left, select the earning that you want to flag.
- In the Options section, select the Is Gender Pay Gap checkbox.
- In the Gender Pay Gap Category drop-down list, select the option that applies: Bonus Pay or Ordinary Pay.
- Click Save.
